Project Updates and News Check back often for project updates, schedules and announcements. September 8, 2008 The project questionnaire is available and ready for your input. Land owners within the basin will be receiving a questionnaire in the mail shortly.
We'd appreciate your input by completing the questionnaire at your convenience and returning it in the envelope enclosed with it. You can also complete the questionnaire online by following this link: We are in the process of scheduling field work for the fall time period. August 11, 2008 The project Scoping Meetings were held last week on August 4th and 5th in Hyattville and Ten Sleep. We appreciate your interest and participation in them. You can download a copy of the presentation here (PDF format, 5.5MB): Scoping Meeting Presentation
What's Next? In the field, we'll be conducting stream channel evaluations. We'll be contacting riparian property owners by phone for access and to answer any questions they may have. We'll also be examining basin hydrology and collecting information available from many sources including: Bureau of Land Management, US Forest Service, NRCS, Wyoming State Engineers Office, USGS, and many others.
